first yummy black coffee i’ve ever had (i’m a freak for creamer so this is a huge compliment). the mozzarella, tomato, arugula sandwich was also banging. delicious, all of it. free toilet and wifi with purchase of at least £1,50. good deal! -p.s. black coffee+sandwich=13,50. also a good deal!

We had spent a good 5 hours walking around the Vatican, so legs tired and weary in the heat - I was just grateful to see a restaurant a stones throw from the exit. A passionate Thai waiter, welcomed us and we were seating inside for food. Air conditioning was a treat. Now the price point was pretty high, but if you wanted to get cheaper food you would need to walk another 800m or so away from the Vatican. We had, had such a good day we thought why not! We ordered a Caeser Salad A portion of fries An iced coffee ( for me) A medium sized (for him) Our conclusions were - the salad was delicious, the chicken was roasted, the dressing was great, croutons home made and the salad crisp. The fries were steaming hot and crispy. So - was it worth it, absolutely! Sorry no pics of the food! I enjoyed it too much.

Domenico was very attentive, friendly, and kind and made sure we had everything we wanted or needed. He went above and beyond! The restaurant was clean and the service prompt. If you are looking for a place where they treat you like family, this is it!
